Changes to our team

Our team at Joscelyne Chase has been expanding and changing over the last year. We first welcomed Olivia to our lettings team last July, since then Joe and Paul have joined us in our sales team.

We are now pleased to announce we are expanding our commercial team. Jasmine Snelling, our lettings manager, has chosen to join the commercial department and will be joining director's Bryan Wheeler and Paul Bird. Jasmine will be taking on the role of Commercial Manager. Jasmine has an extensive sales and lettings background within Residential property and is now spearheading an exciting new opportunity within the commercial sector. 

We have welcomed Mitch Beadle to our lettings team to take over from Jasmine as lettings manager. Mitch specialises in the Letting and Management of Residential Property and has over five years of experience within the role.

Towards the end of May, we look forward to welcoming a new member to the sales team.

Our team changes don't stop here! 

Paul Bird, who has been our managing director here at Joscleyne Chase for 8 years, will be handing over the role of managing director to Bryan Wheeler.

"Braintree is becoming a more important central Essex employment hub and has seen the recent development of the Skyline 120 Business Park and more recently the Horizon 120 Business Park. These developments will continue to attract new companies to the Braintree region and as a result, we anticipate that our commercial agency, professional and valuation workload will continue to increase. Given this, I have decided to relinquish Managing Director in order to focus on supporting existing and new commercial property clients who need the in-depth market knowledge provided by Joscelyne Chase Commercial”.

Following the recent expansion of our departments and the investment into our media coverage we are very much focusing on the future.  We decided that it was important to continue this development of the business and grow with the market here in Braintree and the surrounding areas, having driven these projects forward I have assumed the role of Managing Director to continue the development in order to bring the very best products and services to our clients old and new”.
