We have a wealth of experience and knowledge of dealing with block and estate management which comprises looking after the communal areas of blocks of flats, business parks and mixed use developments.

Our services involving maintaining the grounds and upkeep of the facilities shared by all the users and occupiers of the sites. Examples include:

Our service takes the pressure off the freeholders or the residents and occupiers having to deal with all the above themselves and often a management company is set up which we can act of behalf of.

We prepare the annual budgets, collect service contributions and keep the accounts and book keeping up to date; all in accordance with RICS rules and regulations.

A typical example of an estate we manage is Braintree Business Park. The development was built in 2006 and Joscelyne Chase have managed the estate from the beginning. Braintree Business Park is an industrial park comprising of 16 units.
