All the service of a 'Let Only' plus:
We Register the Deposit
Collection of rent and any problem with arrears
Account to Landlord monthly
Regular property inspections & reports
Tenancy renewals
Serve correct possession notices at the right time
Final inspection & checkout
Meter readings taken at the beginning and end of tenancy, and accounts set up

Landlord Requirements & Changes to Legislation

There are a number of pieces of legislation surrounding letting residential property in the UK. It is essential that you are up to date and are aware of changes and new legislation being brought in. Going forward the minimum rate of the EPC of E comes into effect in 2018 for new tenancies.
