Almost Fully Occupied at William House

Residential | 25/09/17   Laura Marszalek BA Hons

This lovingly converted listed building now has its first two occupiers, with the next two close behind.

How many of you can recall when this old hospital site was converted? The developers City and Country converted the majority of the buildings into residential accommodation now over 10 years ago. I’m not sure about you but I can’t help but wonder where that time went!

Prior to the purchase by Karlin Properties, this building was earmarked for office use along with the other office occupiers at the front of the development. Joscelyne Chase has been involved with the commercial element since the conversion, but it was clear that William House was destined for residential.

It is a pleasure to have been involved in such a fantastic scheme, and one that we will certainly remember for many years to come. We have found that even 10 years on, the resale values of the apartments in the main building have held strong. It just proves the quality of workmanship and fixtures and fittings during the original conversion.
