Westdrive secures planning consent

During 2017 Westdrive acquired a prime site at the entrance to the Skyline 120 Business Park. We are pleased to announce that Westdrive have recently secured a planning consent for a new two storey building fronting onto the A131.

The ground floor of the building will provide a new Valet Shop and Additional Workshop facilities extending to over 12,000 sqft . In addition the proposed building will have a large open plan office area on the first floor. These offices will be completed to a high specification and will extend to nearly 6,000 sqft of net usable space. The office space will have its own dedicated entrance with a dedicated car parking facility and we anticipate that we will commence marketing the space this Autumn.
