Tenant Information

Looking for a property to rent in our area? Then firstly make sure you have registered with this company to be notified as quickly as possible with new instructions.

Once you have found a suitable property check that you meet the criteria: no pets, non smoking etc.

  • You will be asked to complete an application form.
  • An administration fee will be payable, approx. £125.
  • References will be processed including a full credit search.
  • A tenancy will be offered once satisfactory responses have been received and approved by the landlord for a 6/12 month term.
  • You will be asked to read and sign a tenancy agreement (the do's and don'ts).
  • A Schedule of Contents and Condition or Full Inventory will be attached for you to check through and sign on arrival at the property.
  • The agent/landlord will carry out regular Routine Inspections during the tenancy.
  • Future rent should be paid by standing order on the due date.
  • A renewal of a tenancy may be offered towards the end of the term, this may incur a charge. Alternately you or the landlord may give notice to leave the property.
  • Remember if you break the terms of your tenancy, legal action may be taken by the landlord.
